Tai Chi on Monday Tai Chi was popular with 15 of our U3A members attending the first class. The warm-up exercises were followed by Lisa demonstrating and teaching several movements. Ararat U3A enrolment day on Monday was busy with many new and renewing members attending. Guest speakers, Craig Wilson, owner/editor of the Ararat Advocate, and journalist Tammi Sladdin reflected on the origin of the newspaper and their philosophy behind it.
